Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the igkbet website accessible at igkbet.net, including all services, games and features provided on it.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has successfully registered an active account on the igkbet platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal registration profile created by a user to access igkbet services.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total amount in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) held in a user's account, including cash funds and eligible bonus funds.
• "Bonus" refers to credit value or free offers granted by igkbet to members subject to certain conditions.
• "Wagering" or "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total turnover a member must achieve before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• "Withdrawal" refers to the process of transferring funds from an igkbet account balance to the payment method registered by the member.

References in the singular include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for reference only and do not affect the interpretation of the content.

Member Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

The igkbet platform is restricted to individuals aged 21 and above only. Use of the platform by underage individuals is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms. igkbet reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to close any account found to belong to an underage individual.

2.2 Domicile Requirement

Members are solely responsible for ensuring that use of online gambling services is lawful under the applicable laws in their location. igkbet does not guarantee that use of the platform is lawful in all jurisdictions and cannot be held liable for any legal liability arising from a user's use of the platform.

2.3 One Account Limit

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account on the igkbet platform. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances within them.

Account Registration

3.1 Registration Information

At registration, members are required to provide true, accurate and complete information including their full name as on their identity card (MyKad or passport), date of birth, active mobile number, and a valid email address. igkbet reserves the right to request copies of identity documents at any time for verification purposes.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

igkbet carries out a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) policy. Members asked to undergo verification are required to submit the specified documents within the stipulated timeframe. Failure to do so may result in the account being suspended until the verification process is complete.

3.3 Password

Members are responsible for choosing a strong password and must not share their login details with any other party. igkbet will never ask for a member's password through any communication channel. If a member suspects their account has been accessed without authorisation, they must contact igkbet customer support immediately.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

igkbet accepts deposits and withdrawals through the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). All registered payment methods must be in the member's own name. igkbet does not permit third-party payments.

4.2 Minimum Limits

• Minimum deposit: RM20 per transaction, regardless of the payment method used.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per withdrawal request.

4.3 Processing Time

Verified withdrawal requests are typically processed within 10 to 45 minutes. In certain cases requiring additional security checks, this period may be longer. igkbet will notify members should any unexpected delay occur.

4.4 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to igkbet's assessment from time to time. igkbet reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals for certain amounts. Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New igkbet members are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of 150% on the first deposit, up to a maximum of RM888. Example calculation: deposit RM100, bonus RM150, total balance RM250 — with a wagering requirement of RM150 × 20 = RM3,000 before the bonus can be withdrawn. For a deposit of RM1,200, bonus RM888, balance RM2,088 — wagering requirement RM888 × 20 = RM17,760.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

All bonuses granted are subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus value before bonus-related funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is calculated based on the bonus amount only, not the total overall balance. Bets on certain games may count as a different percentage toward the wagering requirement; further details are available in the customer support section.

5.3 VIP and Cashback Programme

igkbet offers a VIP programme with five tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.3%), Gold (up to 0.5%), Platinum (up to 0.6%), and Diamond (up to 0.8%). Members can move up VIP tiers through consistent betting activity on the platform. The exact cashback rate depends on account performance and activity during the evaluation period.

5.4 Prohibition of Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, hedge betting, or betting strategies clearly aimed at meeting wagering requirements without genuine intent to play — is prohibited. igkbet reserves the right to void bonuses and close accounts involved in such activity.

Game Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

igkbet offers a range of game categories including slots, live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo), sports betting, sportsbook, mix parlay, esports and fishing games. All games are operated by licensed software providers and use certified random number generators (RNG) to ensure fairness in every round.

6.2 Technical Disruptions

In the event of a technical disruption, connection failure, or irregularity in game processing, igkbet will review server records to determine the valid outcome. Game results recorded by the igkbet server are considered final. igkbet is not liable for losses arising from connection issues on the user's end.

6.3 Void Bets

igkbet reserves the right to void any bet found to involve fraud, manipulation, illegal collusion between players, or exploitation of system errors. Winnings obtained through means that violate these terms will be voided and are not eligible for withdrawal.

Account Security

Members are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under their account. igkbet uses industry-standard encryption protocols to protect members' personal data and financial information. However, the security of the password and devices used to access the platform is entirely the member's responsibility.

Members are advised not to use public Wi-Fi networks without VPN protection when accessing their igkbet account, and to log out after each gaming session, particularly on shared devices.

Responsible Gambling

8.1 Self-Control Tools

Account Closure and Restrictions

9.1 igkbet's Rights

igkbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the member has: violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions; engaged in fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity; provided false information during registration; or attempted to exploit vulnerabilities in the platform's system.

9.2 Voluntary Closure

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Valid cash balances will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, once all verification requirements have been met. Bonus funds for which wagering conditions have not been completed will be forfeited.

9.3 Effects of Closure

Once an account is closed, access to all igkbet services will cease. igkbet reserves the right to hold withdrawal processing while any investigation into suspicious activity is ongoing.

Limitation of Liability

igkbet provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis without implied warranties of fitness for any particular purpose. igkbet is not liable for any indirect losses, consequential losses, loss of profits, or damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

igkbet's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim.

igkbet is not liable for any losses arising from internet service disruptions, user device failures, or actions by third parties beyond igkbet's reasonable control.

Dispute Resolution

11.1 Complaints Procedure

If a member has any complaint or dispute relating to igkbet's services, the first step is to contact the customer support team via 24/7 live chat or email. Our team will work to resolve each complaint within a reasonable timeframe.

11.2 Final Decision

For disputes that cannot be resolved through the standard complaints process, the decision made by igkbet management following a thorough investigation is final and binding on both parties. igkbet's server records will be used as primary evidence in any dispute relating to game outcomes.

Amendment of Terms and Conditions

igkbet reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the website. It is the member's responsibility to review this document from time to time to ensure they remain in compliance with the latest version.

Continued use of the igkbet platform after any amendment is published will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. If a member does not agree with any changes, they have the right to close their account in accordance with the procedure set out in Section 9.
